How to create firewall rule in AVG CloudCare for allowing FTP and SMB protocols
1. Make sure that the "File and printer sharing" is ENABLED. If not, click CHANGE to enable it. (Fig 1)
2. Then click the GEAR icon from right bottom corner. (Fig 1)

3. Then click EXPERT MODE from left bottom corner. (Fig 2)

4. Then select SYSTEM SERVICES. (Fig 3)
5. Click MANAGE OR ADD YOUR OWN SYSTEM RULES. (Fig 3) (Fig 3)

7.Then change (Fig 5)
a. Protocol TCP
b. Direction In
c. Local port(s) 21,139
d. Remote port(s) All ports (0-65535)
e. Remote address(es) Local networks Allow

8. Now click OK. (Fig 5)

9. OK. (Fig 6)
10. Then APPLY. (Fig 6)
11. And finally click OK and then CLOSE. (Fig 6)
